The residence has been recreated to restore the values of ancestors. The exterior elevation is treated with exposed bricks and traditional columns with a touch of modernism. The planning of the house is based on using maximum space, efficiently. The central courtyard allows ample sunlight, making the spaces full of life. Cool air circulates throughout the house due to the location of courtyard, creating stack effect.
